These Terms govern your use of RC LINK (the “Service”), operated by Syntrax Studios. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Racer conduct

Be respectful in comments and reports. Do not post unlawful, harassing, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Track administrators

If you register or claim a track, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Track information, schedules, rules, and announcements you publish must be accurate. Claims are subject to verification, and we may revoke administrator access or suspend a track listing for misuse.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for content you publish.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” Track schedules, rules, weather, and event details are provided by tracks and third parties and may change or contain errors. Always confirm important details (such as rainouts, delays, and rules) directly with the track before you travel or race. We are not liable for decisions made based on information in the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntrax Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
