SC Open (Indoor)

Short Course Truck chassis; purpose-built chassis are legal. Chassis width max 7" / min 5-1/8"; max 3-1/2" centerline to left, min 2-1/4" centerline to right. All suspension components, transmission, and bulkheads on the vehicle centerline; front arms equal left/right, rear arms equal left/right. SC truck shocks only (min 1" bodies, no sedan shocks); adjustable rear arms allowed. Rear or mid motor. Wheelbase max 13-1/2" / min 12-1/2". Front track width max 11.65" / min 11.42". 2WD only.

Open motor. Open ESC. No electronics mounted outside of the chassis plate.

Any ROAR-approved 2S hard-case LiPo. Must not exceed 8.44V. Must charge in a LiPo sack.

SC Modified and SC Late Model bodies allowed; must be original-appearing from manufacturer with no added wings, flaps, spoilers, wickers, side dams, or vents. Max 13" body width, 28" length (bumper to spoiler), 7-1/2" height from bottom of chassis. Rear wheel wells must expose most of the rear tires; windows and sails must be the same on both sides.

Center deck: max 1" rake and 1" taper. Spoiler: max 1-1/2" chord height; end caps max 2" high and 3-1/4" long. Roof: max 9" x 9", max 1/2" rake, no spoilers (1/4" trailing-edge bend-down allowed), max 1/4" leading-edge bend-down, 1/4" bend-up roof rails (stock appearance both sides). Nose: main panel a flat plane, max 1/4" bend-up on both sides.

Duratrax Bandito SC tires only — C2, C3, and SC-M compounds only. Slick tires are not allowed.
