Kyosho MR03S/MR03S2/MR03 RWD, Jomurema, GL Racing GLR series, MRC MRC01, PN PNR2.5W/PNR3.0, RTRC RTA, Atomic MRZ/MRX/MRV/RX28 series, NEXX Skyline/Specter, MWX R.1, G-Force Lightning, XBility XB1, or AE RC28 (NIMRC exception: publicly available 3D-printed chassis permitted). Wheelbase 98 or 102mm only.
Any 2500Kv motor, sensored or sensorless — max 15mm can diameter, max 2800Kv. No aftermarket rotors or modifications.
Any pinion/spur — tooth counts must be marked/colored for inspection; all gears pre-event teched and painted. Standard 12T pinion / 53T spur unless specified.
Any 1/28 production wheels — front max 8.5mm, rear max 11mm, diameter 19–20mm. Tires max 25.5mm mounted. NO traction compound, homemade tires, foam, silicone, urethane, ethyl carbamate, or inserts. Tire warmers allowed.
2-cell LiPo or paralleled 1-cells, 8.4V max. One additional battery for the transponder.
Any manufacturer; must show a visible blinking LED in blinky mode. Receivers with built-in gyro, or separate gyros, prohibited.
Any molded hard-shell body fitting the wheelbase — lexan allowed. Max 180mm × 83mm; original headlight covers required.
Any aftermarket or publicly available 3D-printed parts allowed; tungsten/brass weight additions permitted. Prototype parts prohibited — parts must be publicly announced 45 days prior, nationally purchasable 45 days prior, and 3D files shared before the event. Minimum weight 160 g race-ready.
